Hunting Dogs are breeds apart from other dogs. They cover the spectrum from retrievers, spaniels, to terriers (and everything in between).

Throughout human history it seems that we have been breeding dogs for specific hunting purposes.

There are even subdivisions within hunting dogs like sighthounds, scenthounds, bird dogs, gun dogs, etc. Are you interested in hunting dogs? I have a 5 year old chocolate lab mixed with springer and shorthair. when she is out hunting or even when we shoot the guns she whines. does anyone have any ideas of how to get her to stop?
